Many companies just vacuum clean your air conditioner, which is simply not enough. Our new High Powered Steam Jenny will thoroughly clean the entire machine inside and out. Each machine's evaporator and condenser coils get a chemical acid wash and the base is sprayed with a rust proofing lacquer spray (not necessary on newer models)

Each unit is wrapped and stored on it's own shelf.

WINTER STORAGE OVERHAUL CHECKLIST

• Remove entire unit including sleeve to our shop
• Check Refrigerant
• Check Electrical System
• Adjust Thermostat
• Check Compressor / Check Capacitor
• Oil Fan Motor (if needed)
• Steam Clean Coils w/ High Powered Steam
• Chemically Clean Coils with Acid Wash
• Lacquer Spray Base with Rust Preventative
• Return & Re-Install Unit
